The Shenandoah Arts Council organizes displays of its members’ work at the Old Town Welcome Center, located at 33 East Boscawen Street in Winchester, and for Art in the Halls at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley, located at 901 Amherst Street in Winchester.
Exhibits at the Old Town Welcome Center rotate bi-monthly, while Art in the Halls displays change quarterly. Receptions and meet-the-artists events are held at each location.
