A SHENARTS CALL FOR ART​

This holiday season, ShenArts is turning the gallery into a festive marketplace filled with art, creativity, and cheer! The ShenArts Holiday Market will celebrate small works with big impact—unique, one-of-a-kind pieces perfect for gifting or collecting.

​

We invite artists to submit up to 10 works in any medium, including ceramics, textiles, jewelry, wearables, paintings, prints, photography, woodwork, fiber, or mixed media. To keep the focus on giftable works, all submissions must measure 18” x 24” or smaller (including framing or display mount).

This exhibition is designed to highlight affordable, accessible works while giving the community an opportunity to shop small, shop local, and support the arts during the holiday season.

Important Details:

• Submission Limit: Up to 10 works per artist

  • If a piece is accepted, the artist may provide up to 5 multiples of that specific work (for example, if a print of "The Starry Night" is accepted, the artist may bring up to 5 copies of that print).

• Size Restriction: 18” x 24” or smaller (including frame/mount)

• Mediums Accepted: All fine art and craft-based media (ceramic, textile, painting, print, jewelry, photography, wood, fiber, mixed media, etc.)

• Deadline to Submit: November 17th, 2025

• Notification of Acceptance: November 21st, 2025

• Artwork Drop-off: December 1st, 3–7 PM

• Exhibition Dates: December 3rd, 2025 – January 12th, 2026

• Opening Reception: December 5th, 5-7PM.

• Commission: ShenArts retains 30% of each sale; please price your work accordingly

• Entry Fee:

  • Members: $20

  • Non-members: $30

Submission and Delivery Guidelines

Presentation & Quality

• All work must be original and created by the artist (no mass-produced items).

• All work must be packaged appropriately and clearly labeled with the following: title of the piece, edition/version (e.g., 1/5), artist’s name, and price.

• Work must be clean, free of damage, and exhibition-ready.

• ShenArts reserves the right to decline work that does not meet professional presentation standards.

This show will take place at the ShenArts Gallery.

Art drop off and pickup will be at the ShenArts Gallery.
