You must be able to deliver and pick up your piece. We are not able to mail artwork.

Artwork must be ready to hang with D-rings only. NO SAWTOOTH HANGERS OR EYEHOOKS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT ACCEPT ARTWORK UPON ARRIVAL.
 
Artwork imagery must be appropriate for a public community space.

Artwork must be ORIGINAL. Images that have a copyright will not be accepted, i.e. cartoon or Anime characters, images published in magazines or newspapers, etc. Please no images depicting things that hold trademarks or copyrights.

Artists will allow photographic and digital images of their work to be made and used for Gallery administrative and promotional purposes such as brochures, point-of-sale, web media, and print media related to promotion of the Artwork.
 
Although all care will be taken to protect your artwork, ShenArts will not be responsible for any damage or breakage.

Artwork MUST be picked up from the gallery on the assigned pick up date. Art work will not be stored by the gallery.
 
Juried works will be selected based on conceptual strength, relevance to the theme, and artistic quality.

All exhibitions take place at the ShenArts Gallery unless otherwise stated (ArtScape, Youth Art Month, Airport). 
​
Art drop off and pickup will be at the ShenArts Gallery unless otherwise stated (off-site exhibitions).
​
ShenArts handles all promotion and sales and takes a 30% commission of the retail price.

Artist checks are cut within 30 days from the last day of the show.
