Call for Photographers & Videographers
A Members Only Opportunity
We appreciate your interest in documenting events at ShenArts! Supporting local artists is at the heart of what we do, and we are excited to offer opportunities for photographers and videographers to engage with our programming in a meaningful way.
*Selected photographers/videographers will receive a $100 stipend per event, along with credit when their work is featured across ShenArts’ platforms.
We are currently seeking artists to document a variety of programs, including but not limited to:

Exhibit opening receptions

Gallery installations
-
Art festivals and community events

Classes and workshops
To be considered for event assignments, please submit your professional details along with a portfolio.
Portfolio Requirements:

-
5–10 work samples
-
Include your name, contact information, and website (if applicable)
Image Use & Rights
By submitting this form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

The photographer/videographer retains full copyright ownership of all images and videos created.

ShenArts is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use submitted and commissioned images/video for organizational purposes.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Social media
-
Website and digital platforms
-
Printed and digital marketing materials

Promotional and archival use
ShenArts may edit, crop, resize, or otherwise adapt images as needed for formatting and design purposes, while maintaining the integrity of the work. Photographers will be credited whenever feasible.
1. Delivery Expectations
Selected photographers/videographers agree to deliver edited images/video within an agreed-upon timeframe following the event.
2. Professional Conduct
Selected photographers/videographers are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner while representing ShenArts at events.
3. Independent Contractor Clause
Photographers/videographers are engaged as independent contractors and are responsible for their own equipment and insurance.
*ShenArts reserves the right to select photographers/videographers based on program needs and is not obligated to provide assignments to all applicants.
