Kids Art Club

Collage is an infinitely flexible art form which makes it perfect for a Kids Club activity. There are no rights and wrongs, so everyone can experiment with color, texture and shape using simple materials. We will bring papers, photographs, postcards, yarn and more, so our young artists can create abstract or representational images. To help them get started, we will introduce them to several techniques, including torn paper art; collages made from photographs that they cut up and reassemble; and texture collages where they can combine yarn, fabric, paper and ribbon for a 3D effect.
