An Exhibition at the Winchester Regional Airport

En Route explores the experience of being in motion — physically, emotionally, or metaphorically. Whether traveling across landscapes, moving through changing light, or navigating personal transitions, this exhibition reflects the many ways we journey through the world.

We are seeking artwork that captures a sense of movement, passage, and place. Artists are encouraged to interpret the theme broadly, with work that may include:

​

• Landscapes, roads, and pathways

• Skies, weather, and shifting light

• Scenes of travel or quiet moments in between destinations

• Reflections on time, change, and transition

• A sense of direction, distance, or discovery

Work may be realistic or abstract, and artists working in all mediums are encouraged to apply.

• This exhibit will take place at the Winchester Regional Airport, all artwork drop off and pickup will take place there unless otherwise noted. 

• ShenArts handles all promotion and sales and takes a 30% commission of the retail price. No price changes will be accepted at drop off. Any price changes must be submitted and approved 7 days before drop off. 

• Work must be picked up by the provided date. If work is not picked up on the provided date and other arrangements for pick up have not been made, a $5/day charge will be instated. Work becomes the property of ShenArts after 14 days. 

• Artist checks are cut within 30 days from the last day of the show.

• Selected artwork must be ready to hang at a professional standard

• While submitted work does not need to depict a literal travel scene, it should align with the theme and overall tone of the exhibition

• ShenArts reserves the right to select work based on cohesion and suitability for the space.
